Order Processing Time
At Le Petit Sabotier, we do everything we can to process your orders as quickly as possible. The processing time for an order can vary between 48 and 72 hours depending on the influx of orders. We thank you for your understanding and patience.
Delivery
Delivery time is usually 7 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and transport conditions. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
Return policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the products to us within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that they are in their original condition and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at contact@lepetitsabotier.com avec your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with the necessary instructions to complete the return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges

Return Fees
You are responsible for paying for shipping to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
